Cookies and browser storage policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Updated following a technical review of the service. This revision has not yet undergone professional legal review.
1. Operator and scope
DGV Solutions d.o.o., Cesta Zore Perello-Godina 2, 6000 Koper, Slovenia operates Minotask. This policy covers cookies, local and session storage and similar technologies on minotask.si and in the application. Contact: info@minotask.si.
2. Essential storage and preferences
- Supabase: login and session-maintenance data is stored in the browser. Signing out removes local session data; token validity and refresh depend on the login session.
- Language, appearance and cookie preferences: the browser remembers your choices. Cookie and language choices remain until changed or website data is cleared; the application does not set an automatic expiry for them.
Technologies necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service you expressly request can qualify for the consent exception under Article 225 ZEKom-2. The GDPR basis for personal data is assessed separately by purpose; the exception does not cover non-essential analytics.
3. Analytics and product improvement
Minotask is a new application. We use analytics to understand how it is used, identify problems and improve its features and performance. These insights are vital to its ongoing development and success. Analytics is enabled by default unless you have saved a rejection. You can disable it at any time in Cookie settings.
- PostHog measures manually defined usage events and may use a pseudonymous account identifier and browser identifiers. Automatic content capture and session replay are disabled. Email addresses, document content and filenames are not allowed event properties.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and page performance while analytics is enabled. Measurements may process the visited path or URL, browser information and performance measurements.
- While enabled, analytics may also use local or session storage, for example to avoid duplicate events and detect a plan change.
PostHog uses a ph_*_posthog cookie and associated local storage for analytics identifiers and settings. The currently used library defaults to a cookie lifetime of 365 days from its last update; browsers may shorten it. Associated local storage has no automatic expiry and remains until reset or removed. The app-session marker lasts until the tab closes; the login attribution intent is valid for 10 minutes and remains until consumed or the session ends. The local previous-plan marker remains until removed. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies; its hash-based visitor identifier expires after 24 hours. This is not the deletion deadline for all stored events. We currently do not use marketing cookies for remarketing or advertising profiling.
4. Your choice
We do not display a cookie consent banner. Analytics starts by default unless you have previously rejected it. To reject analytics, open Cookie settings in the footer and choose Essential cookies only. Your rejection is saved in this browser and respected on future visits; essential storage remains active. You can enable analytics again in the same settings. Disabling analytics stops further collection in this browser but does not automatically erase data already sent. Refresh other open tabs after changing your choice. Clearing website data removes your saved choice, so analytics will be enabled by default on your next visit, and may also sign you out.
