Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Minotask web application provided by DGV Solutions d.o.o. Minotask is a B2B SaaS solution for automated preparation of Intrastat reports based on business documents.

The user receives a limited, non-transferable right to use Minotask through a web browser. The software, source code, and intellectual property rights remain the property of DGV Solutions d.o.o.

The user must provide accurate information and protect access to the account. The user is responsible for activities performed through their account, unless they prove unauthorized use that was not caused by their conduct.

The standard free trial includes 25 PDF pages on first use; this allowance does not renew monthly. Additional limits and included features are shown in the application or offer.

Plans, subscription duration, limits, credits, prices and features are set out in the offer, contract or application. Contracts, payments and invoicing are currently handled manually. Online payments are not part of the processing described here; we will update the relevant notices before introducing them.

Paid subscriptions are covered by a simple 14-day money-back guarantee, unless an offer, agreement, or applicable law states otherwise. Send refund requests to info@minotask.si.

Use of Minotask may be limited by credits, number of documents, companies, exports, history, or other features depending on the plan. Failed processing is generally not counted as a used credit if the error occurs on the system side.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents, review of results, final corrections, and submission of the Intrastat report to the competent authorities. Minotask helps prepare reports, but does not replace professional accounting, customs, or legal review.

Minotask strives to provide reliable operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, errors, provider limitations, or force majeure.

Unlawful use of the service is prohibited.

Support is available through the contact email address info@minotask.si or another channel that Minotask publishes in the application or on the website.

Minotask is used at the user's own responsibility. The provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, errors in documents, errors by third-party providers, or consequences of incorrect use of the service. The provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the use of Minotask in the last month before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law provides otherwise. These exclusions and limits do not affect liability or individual rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the GDPR.

The provider may change these terms from time to time due to changes in the service, legislation, technology, or business model. The latest published version applies. Changes apply subject to applicable law and existing agreements.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are resolved by the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Koper, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
